Explorers would not be possible without the Explorers themselves however it also needs Direction, Encouragement, Enthusiasm, Dedication, Direction and Drive all these things are achieved by a strong leadership team that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to help Explorers achieve the most out of scouting. Nicolette AEXL Nicolette joined us in 2023 and comes with Kevin (not Gizmo) both helped Explorers in Sussex Tom EXL Tom just couldnt keep away and returns as leader at Supernova! Assisting Kev (Gizmo) in running the unit Katie AEXL Katie has been an Explorer at Supernova has been a leader with us since 2018 they just cant keep away! Alex AEXL Alex is one of our newer younger generation of leaders and is also a returner to Explorers. Kevin AEXL Kevin joined us a package deal with Nicolette.
